NOTICE ABOUT SELLING PRECIOUS METALS:    At our last club meeting many members inquired about where they could sell their gold jewelry, scrap gold, sterling silver jewelry and scrap silver.   I went to Northgate Rare Coin & Precious Metals at 539-G N.E. Notrthgate Way , Seattle WA 98125 Phone # (206) 364-0090.    Bryan informed me that they will buy it.
Just a note about Byran:   I have dealt with him for years and found his integrity and honesty beyond reproach.    I can conduct business with him without any concern of him taking advantage of me.   He is honest, forthright and fair and just maybe "fair to a fault".  Additionally, he has been a very generous contibuter to our past club hunts.   If you want to be treated fairly by an honest man.   Deal with Bryan.   You will not be dissapointed.    How could you ask for more?   If not take your chances with an unknown dealer out there who will take advantage of you.   I know I've ran across many.   Fortunately, Bryan is of a different cut.

The Pilchuck Treasure hunting Club was established in 1982.
It is our goal to bring the enjoyment of the hobby to more people and to complement that with the proper respect for individual property rights and common courtesy towards all.
We believe the hobby should be fun and enjoyed by all.

What is treasure? Treasure is like beauty "it is in the eye of the beholder". Treasure to a detectorist might be an old rusty metal toy that is like the one he/she had as a kid. It might be a coin like he/she held in their hands as a kid. Treasure might be measured by memory and history more than a "Book value". If you want to get rich quick, jump into the stock market! If you want to have some fun and find some personal treasures plus meet new frends! Come join us!

CLUB MEETINGS:
Our club meets at 7:30 PM the third Wednesday of every month (except July).
MEETING LOCATION: Meetings to be held at the Everett Firefighter Hall located at 2411 Hewitt Ave. Everett, WA.  Guests are always welcome.

(Above): My two Five Dollar Gold pieces from Luna Park.  Note: Both are 1901 S.   A quick check of the mintage and the time period that they were lost reveals a very probable explanation.   The 1901S coins were the highest mintage of that period.
